Data Collection Form for Tire Collaborative Sourcing Event

Thank you for participating in the SC&RA Tire Cost Reduction Sourcing Collaborative. In order to best serve you, we need to understand your current tire brand(s), purchasing volume, purchasing location(s), and pricing.

When you share your information with CrownSource, we enter into the following Non-Disclosure Agreement:

CrownSource agrees not to use the Confidential Information for purposes other than evaluating, sourcing, negotiating, and executing a supplier agreement on behalf of participating SC&RA members. CrownSource shall not disclose the Confidential Information with any other party and will use all reasonable efforts to protect the confidentiality of such information. CrownSource may furnish Confidential Information to those employees, officers, directors, agents, attorneys, and advisors of CrownSource who need to have access to such Confidential Information in order to assist CrownSource in its evaluation of a supplier agreement.
